Vetwest Whitfords was glowing and glitzing when mum Adrianne brought her six playful golden retriever puppies in for their first vaccinations. The puppies were only six weeks old and were at the right age for their first vaccination. Before exposing your puppy to public areas such as parks, shops and beaches, it is important that they receive their first vaccinations for protection against potential fatal diseases such as parvovirus, distemper and hepatitis and canine cough. The first vaccination will only be temporary and needs to be followed up with another one at twelve weeks.
