We are currently seeking an experienced veterinarian to work full time across 6 locations to cover leave periods. A wide and varied medical case load exists with plenty of opportunity to expand knowledge and skills.

Vetwest is a highly productive group of practices with a reputation for providing client education, exceptional customer service, individualised care and first rate medicine. Our hospitals are modern, purpose built and fully-equipped. They all have in house laboratory (Idexx), IV infusion pumps, pulse oximetry, digital radiography and access to colour Doppler Sonography and video endoscopy/ bronchoscopy. We encourage special interests and as such you would have ready access to our veterinarian's practicing oncology, ultrasonography and orthopaedic surgery.

We strive to provide a great working environment, which is busy, stimulating and well managed. The nursing staff are trained to a very high standard allowing you the opportunity to focus on being a vet, work up of cases and the patients!

Regular professional development meetings occur both internally and externally for the ongoing support and development of our veterinary staff. Guest speakers, continuing education seminars and fee contribution for further studies are all part of our commitment to provide and encourage a stimulating environment.
