Jess is an experienced and compassionate Head Veterinary Nurse with over 16 years in the veterinary profession. Having trained and qualified in the UK, she holds a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing along with a Certificate in Feline Medicine and Nursing. Throughout her career, Jess has worked across a wide range of clinical environments, from high-volume charity hospitals to specialised referral centres, giving her a well-rounded and adaptable skill set.
Her particular interests lie in anaesthesia and veterinary education—two areas where she has consistently excelled. Jess is known for her calm, confident approach to complex anaesthetic cases, as well as her dedication to continuously improving patient care through evidence-based practices.
As a mentor and educator, Jess plays a vital role in training veterinary nursing students, guiding them through both the practical and emotional aspects of the profession. She is passionate about fostering the next generation of nurses, sharing her knowledge, and promoting a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her rescue Cavalier, Harvey, and scuba diving with her partner, exploring the underwater world.
