Here at Vetwest, we understand that while the country goes into lock down, your pet's need for veterinary care continues. The Total Wellness Plan offers pet owners a convenient way to manage their pet's healthcare and helps to ensure continued quality care for their pet.

We will continue to run the Total Wellness Plan throughout COVID-19, including your monthly parasite deliveries.

Are any changes being made to the Total Wellness Plan?

Vet video consults - We're happy to announce that we've included vet video consults as member benefit for Total Wellness Plan members. Classic plan members will receive free video vet consultations, just like standard consultations and Essentials members will receive a 10% discount.

We are currently prioritising this service to those who are unable to leave their home due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are working towards offering this service to more clients soon.

Food and script delivery - We're also to soon be able to provide clients with a delivery service for food and medication. This will be a free service for Classic members. A $7 fee applies to other clients. Please note food purchase restricitions are in place to ensure all clients have access to pet food and to prevent over purchasing issues.

Which Vetwest clinics are operational during this time?
At this time, all Vetwest clinics are still operating at their normal hours. Please refer to our website for the most up-to-date information as changes continue to occur.
